Machining Services 

I own a state of the art CNC vertical milling machine, and a CNC Turning Center capable of 2-1/2" Bar Work.  I seek to specialize in parts that fit the capabilities of these machines.  Future machine acquisitions are planned as my business grows.

I strive to excel at studying an opportunity and determining a machining solution that uses a practical amount of automation, and efficient hard work to process the parts.  I also strive to be very efficient at how the process is setup.  Any and all parts of the process that can multi-tasked during machine cycles is done where possible.

Setups are also planned so that when repeating the run at a later date the setup can be done in minutes instead of hours.

My customers will soon learn to have confidence that their products are being provided by a craftsman with a keen mechanical aptitude to understand the design and functionality of the parts being fabricated, and is committed to your success and to ongoing continuous improvement in quality and service. 

 I will always look for opportunities to serve your company in other ways-

• Have machined parts in stock for customer call-off
• Do some customer secondary ops that can be done during machine cycle time

Design Experience-

I have been an engineer in the SatCom industry for over 20 years designing parabolic antenna reflectors and mounting structures from .6m to 12m.  I have also designed the specialized fixtures and machines needed for manufacturing these designs.
